Clarkia Seeds- Double Flowered Mixed Colors
Annual for full or partial sun. Plants bear a profusion of elegant double flowers on spiked stems. Delicately frilled, upward-facing double flowers bloom in three months from seeding. The long lasting summer to fall clarkia also makes excellent cut flowers. Non-genetically engineered seeds.
Culture: Sow seeds outdoors in sunny location where it is to grow. Does not tolerate transplanting. Sow seed thickly in fall in warm regions, early spring in cool regions. Sow in well-drained, gritty soil that is not rich; allow to dry between waterings. Does best in cooler regions. Deadhead spent blossoms to promote blooms, but allow the plants to set seed at the end of the season as they self-sow.
