Received Saturday 5/30 packaging was saturated with the product I was surprised the USPS delivered it. I sent an email with pictures the same day another the next day when I received an email asking about a review, then again a week later. I never received a reply, nothing I thought this email was going to make things right???? Do you have any one checking emails?
this is aweful i just got my order from this company and its not even the same company and its not even the product that they advertised I ordered the bifen xts 25.1 solution concentration qty 1 quart I received bifen 7.9 solution qty a pint If I wanted bifen 7.9 percent solution i could have ordered from amazon for $6.71 I am going to send another email to the company but the next issue is i ordered from seedbarn.com order number SB173262 then my package comes from seedranch.com??????? I want a REFUND and send me a postage paid envelope to send this back
This is a product that works well and isn't too pricy. If your shopping products and only looking at active ingredients do your research. This is the oil based vs. the less concentrated water based. Oil based is better with the residual.
