I originally order this 10 lbs of sulfur with 50 lbs of another product. The box of the original order broke open and apparently the sulfur fell out and I never got it. Called customer service and within a few days had my sulfur priority mail. Recommended better packaging but SeedBarn fixed the problem quickly. The sulfur is excellent quality for my needs as a professional pyrotech.
