Bougainvillea

Bougainvillea is a genus of thorny ornamental vines, bushes, and trees. They are native plants of South America, and grow anywhere from 3 to 40 feet. The actual flower is white but each cluster of 3 flowers is surrounded by 3 to 6 bracts of bright colors that may include pink, magenta, purple, red, orange, white, or yellow.
