Defoamer Select is a water-based, silicone emulsion, antifoam, and defoamer that can be used to prevent foam formation or knock down existing foam. Reducing and eliminating foam during tank mixing, allows the product to be more thoroughly agitated during the process and reduces the threat of chemical spills. Factors contributing to the creation of foam include the pesticide being used, the temperature and viscosity of the tank mix components, the amount of agitation required along with other conditions. Defoamer Select controls foam formation by penetrating the walls of the foam bubbles, causing them to collapse.
