You must be joking about fulfilling my order, when it says backordered, still wating.
Credit card was charged and shipping label created. Beyond that no tracking information was ever provided. After 1 week contacted supplier and they informed me it was on backorder. They informed me it would ship any day and now it's 2 weeks and still nothing. In their defense they did say they would reverse charges on my credit card if I so choose.
Bottom line if it was on backorder the website needs to state that up front instead of waiting till customers complain.
If we ever get it we will let you know. website said 8 days free shipping, misled again, shame on me. would appreciate a refund if you are not going to send it. Never even rec'd a notification that it was on backorder or delayed. Not happy.
