Melody Hybrid Spinach Seed
Melody is a top performing spinach with ease of growth, productiveness and nutrition. Fast growing, producing thick leaves with superior flavor. Excels in disease resistance to downy mildew and mosaic. Slow to bolt. Non-genetically engineered.
Culture:Direct sow as soon as the soil can be worked in the spring, and every two weeks until late spring. Sow again in fall. Widely adapted for growing under a variety of differeent growing conditions. Water abundantly and fertilize when 3" (7.5 cm.) tall, thinning to 6" (15 cm.) between plants is essential.
Harvest: Cut outer leaves when 4" (10 cm.) long, leaving center to form new leaves.
Nutrition: Fat and cholesterol free, low in calories. High in vitamins A, B, C, and iron.
