Sulfentrazone 4SC is a soil-applied selective, flowable herbicide that contains 4 pounds of acid ingredient per gallon. Sulfentrazone 4SC can be used to control broadleaf, grass and sedge weeds in established turfgrasses (seeded, sodded or sprigged), including residential and instituional lawns, athletic fields, golf course fairways and roughs, commercial sod farms and many non-crop and industrial sites. Best control is achieved with grassy weeds when applied to grasses that are actively growing and small (pre tiller stage). For optimum control of broadleaf weeds, applications should be made shortly after weed emergence.

When Sulfentrazone 4SC has been activated, it will provide control of listed weed species. The level of control will depend on the size and type of weed species when Sulfentrazone 4SC is activated. The control of listed germinating weed species will be reduced when rain or irrigation follows a period of dry weather.
