Cubanelle Pepper Seeds
Sweet frying pepper- a must in many Mediterranean dishes. Yellowish-green fruits 5"-6" (12.5-15 cm.) x 2 1/2" (6.25 cm.) smooth, wide at the shoulder, tapered to blun t ends. Considered mildly pungent- medium thick waxy flesh. Fruits grow on 28"-30" (70-75 cm.) bushy plants. Everbearing. Non-genetically engineered seeds.
Culture: Sow seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Grow in full sun and keep soil temperature in the mid-70's, spade or till soil one foot deep (30 cm.). Transplant to garden 2-3 weeks after last frost. Water regularly and fertilize when plants are 6" (15 cm.) tall and again in mid-summer.
Harvest:Carefully cut fruit from plants when full size whether green or red, but before they begin to soften.
